Welcome to Lakeville Chapter O.E.S.

In the early 1920's a group of Lakeville Masons made a decision that their daughters, wives, sisters and mothers should have an affiliated organization. With the help of Eastern Star members from Angola Chapter, South Bend Chapter No. 2 and the Indiana Grand Chapter a petition was submitted for a dispensation for a Chapter. On June 20th, 1922, the officers of Lakeville Chapter 479, under dispensation, were installed and the first regular meeting was on June 27th. On May 23rd, 1923, Lakeville Chapter No. 479 was officially constituted by the Indiana Grand Chapter.
